No, we offer a free version of Timecounts to approved organizations, and our Pro Plan is priced at less than $2 per day. As a mission-driven organization, we’ve intentionally set the Pro Plan below market value to make it accessible to as many nonprofits as possible.

No, we do not impose any mandatory setup fees for using Timecounts. Our platform is designed to be user-friendly, so you can get started without any additional costs. You can upgrade to our Pro Plan for advanced features when you're ready, but there's no charge just to begin.

All plans come with unlimited volunteers. We know how important it is to manage your budget, so we ensure there are no surprises when it comes to the size of your volunteer base.

Currently, the core Timecounts platform is available only in English. However, much of the site is customizable, so depending on your audience, it may still work if they are comfortable with certain elements like automated emails, navigation, and call-to-action buttons remaining in English. We do have plans for full internationalization on our future roadmap.

Timecounts is hosted on dedicated servers within secure, industry-leading data centers provided by Amazon Web Services and Heroku. These data centers have achieved and maintain SOC 2 compliance and provide 24-hour physical security including biometric access controls and continuous surveillance.

We do not offer a free trial of the Pro Plan. If you still wish to test out the Pro Plan, we suggest signing up for month-to-month billing as that doesn't require a long commitment and you can always switch to the annual plan or cancel when needed.

If you wish to delete your account and the data associated, please email hello@timecounts.app using the email associated with your account. We will respond and delete within 24 hours.

To cancel your Pro subscription, the account owner should log in, navigate to the billing tab under settings, and select "Downgrade to Free." As per our terms of service, this must be done at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your organization will switch to the free plan at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will lose access to Pro features at that time.

We do not offer refunds. If you cancel your plan before the next renewal date, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current subscription period. After the subscription expires, you will lose access to those features and any data associated with them.
